I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the airport terminal and also to the supermarket in Terminal 3. The fact that it was within the airport made it so convenient for my stopover in this city. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the facilities provided were excellent. The free breakfast and refreshments in the hotel lounge were a nice touch.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The Haven By Jetquay offers great value for money with its convenient location in Terminal 1 of Changi Airport. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities provided, including rooms with a single bed and shared toilet facilities, are in good condition. Additionally, the inclusive breakfast adds a nice touch to the stay.
This hotel provides a satisfactory stay for travelers.

The convenient location within the airport was a major advantage. It made it easy to catch a few hours of sleep in between flights without having to leave the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process quick and easy. the room was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay.
The lack of soundproofing in the room. I could hear low-level engine noise from the planes outside, slightly disruptive.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient as it was close to the supermarket in terminal 3 and provided easy access to the airport. it was amenable for sightseeing as it was located in terminal 3.
The air conditioning in my room was excessively strong and couldn't be adjusted.

The Haven By Jetquay - Located In Public Arrival Hall Of Changi Airport provided a convenient and comfortable stay during my recent stopover. Although the room was small, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bath room facilities were well-maintained and provided a refreshing experience. Despite the short stay, the accommodation offered good value for money. The hotel's location within the airport made it easily accessible and the free transport to the desired terminal was a helpful amenity.
